- Acidity / pH: 5.25 / 3.7
Tasting notes
- Colour: Intense ruby red.
- Nose: Wild fruit and spice flavors. Subtle rose hints.
- Mouthfeel: Well-structured with soft, sweet tannins. Wild fruit, cassis, raspberry and spice (pepper) flavors.
